Steps To Weight Loss Success

Find the root cause of your weight issues. Hypnotherapy is often a breakthrough for clients that allows them to finally and unambiguously figure out why they keep having issues with food and weight. This root cause can be anything from trauma to some sort of a psychological association our mind made with food that makes it so that no diet or quick fix ever works for us. It plays in the back of our subconscious, like mind control – we keep repeating same cycle of weight loss / gain over and over. To get this resolved we have to address this root cause.
Once the root cause is identified, next step is to remove its influence from our subconscious. NLP (or neuro-linguistic programming) is a very effective set of techniques that allows us to reframe how we look at things. and what commands we take from our subconscious in our daily life. For example if the root cause of our weight gain is the association with comfort when eating (comfort food, is a very common issue for our clients), then this subconscious belief can be easily re-framed (or changed how we perceive it by our conscious mind) to something like associating food with nourishment instead of comfort. This way when we are eating, we will eat to nourish our selves when we are hungry, instead of eating to feel better – which usually causes us to overeat.
Continue until your subconscious accepts this new programming. This part is different for everyone – but usually in a few sessions you can start seeing tangible results.
